In the morning of March 03^rd, Mr. Duong Anh Dien, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong Delegation of National Assembly chaired the meeting with the Delegation of Lao PDR National Assembly Office led by Mr. Viengthavisone Thepphachanh, Acting Director of the Department of External Relations paying a working visit to learn experience in organizing the people’s council and the delegation of national assembly. Also attending the meeting, there were leaders of relevant authoritative departments of the city.
