In the afternoon of November 11^th, the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City held the Announcing Ceremony of Prime Minister’s Decision on approving the adjustment of Hai Phong City Construction Plan to 2025, vision 2050. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan – Member of the Party’s Central Committee, Minister of Construction; Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan, Member of the Party’s Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Council; representatives of central branches; and city’s leaders, etc…
