Prospects for cooperation with Japan under state-private cooperation model (PPP)

On the afternoon January 27, City People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Van Thanh met and worked with leaders of Mitsubishi Research Institute (Japan) led by Mr. Lim Poh Soon, Senior Project Manager in charge of state-private cooperation model (PPP) of transport infrastructure projects in Hai Phong.
